The Case Study Competition, showcases your KAIZEN™ Implementations at your organisation with your teams.

Participating at the case study competition enables your organisation and team to share, challenge and win!
This is the highest level of Gratification

Regulations

  • Minimum 2 registrations (1 Team) are required to participate in the case study competition

  • Maximum 3 teams per organisation can be registered in the case study competition

  • Each case study will be of 20 minutes duration (15 min presentation & 5 min Q&A)

  • A warning bell will ring after 13 minutes and there will be negative markings for overstepping the timeline of 15 min.

  • Middle to senior level employees can only present the case study (delegates can participate in Indizen when not presenting their case study)

  • Use of a Standard presentation template is mandatory & will be emailed in advance to the competing teams.

  • Case study should be implemented improvement in area of QCD

  • Presentation should contain the following:

  • Company Introduction in brief
    • A) Products/service offered by company
    • B) Name of Team Leader & Members with their departments.
    • C) Background of the improvement theme/ project/ problem
    • D) Project/ Problem statement.
    • E) Data Analysis.
    • F) Countermeasures implemented.
    • G) Results achieved (Monetary + Non-Monetary).
    • H) Actions for sustenance
    • I) Use of photographs/ video clips is recommended
    • J) Only English & Hindi languages to be used while presenting
  • One soft copy needs to be submitted (via email or drop box) to the organizers on or before Feb 10th 2019 (No case study will be accepted post deadline & no changes will be allowed)

  • Case study once submitted will be considered final

  • There will be a panel of judges to assess the case-studies. Assessment will be based on the following evaluation criteria.

    • A) Theme
    • B) Process & Documentation
    • C) Creativity
    • D) Results – Monetary, Non-Monetary
    • E) Involvement of the team members
    • E) Quality of the presentation

*NOTE: Organisers reserve the right to accept/ reject an entry. In the event of ‘rejection’ of any entry (if there are too many entries to accommodate), the registration fee paid will be valid for participation of two delegates in Indizen 2019. Teams or participants not following the terms & conditions will be disqualified.
