Mr. Arvind Shrouti holds a master’s degree Personnel Management with Distinction. He later completed a Diploma in Research Methodology from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai.
In addition to this he completed various courses in the field of Leadership, Labour Economics, and Balance sheet analysis etc from ILO Geneva, ILO Turin, LO Sweden. He has given consultancy to various private and public sector unions/management in the field of collective bargaining, productivity Agreement, balance sheet analysis, culture and vision etc. He is the consultant to more than 100 Unions and Managements. He also conducted many International training programmers in various countries like Switzerland, Italy, U.K., Germany, Sweden, Norway, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Malaysia, Sri-Lanka, Singapore, Thailand, Myanmar, etc. He teaches HR Economics, Labour Law, Employee Compensation, CSR, Social Audit, HRM, Research methodology and Negotiating and Influencing Techniques in various management schools like: IMDR, SCMHRD, TASMAC and SCMLD. He is the regular faculty for ILO-International Training Centre (ITC) at Turin-Italy. There are many publications on his name in the area of compensations, Changing Management Strategies, Industrial Sickness and number of research papers and projects for IIM Ahmedabad, ILO, ICFTU, FES, EFI, IndustriALL and CII etc.
